Eatables - Applesauce

I turned this:
Apples for Applesauce

Into this:
Finished Applesauce

The whole house smelled amazing. And the applesauce tasted pretty good too.

Basically, I threw things in a pot willy-nilly and simmered for an hour or more. Here's what I think I used.

6 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (2 granny smith, 2 fuji, 2 gala)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups water (this was too much water, which is why I simmered for so long)
